In addition to practicing law with Garrison Law Firm, LLC in Indianapolis, IN, Mr. Seiter remains an active member of the U.S. Army Reserves as a Major in the Judge Advocate Corps.

By partnering with the National Football League (NFL), David gained positive international media attention for the U.S. Army by organizing "Operation Touchdown", a day-long clinic introducing Iraqi children to the sport of American football. In 2004, Mr. Seiter later opened an Arabic library in the Al-Karhk detention facility to provide children with better opportunities for education while incarcerated. In 2006, Mr. Seiter once again partnered with the NFL to raise funds for the United Services Organization (USO).
Mr. Seiter achieved his B.S. degree and U.S. Army Commission from Western Michigan University and his J.D. from Indiana University-Indianapolis.
